Dr. Ralph Bharati,
M.D. , P.A.

Dr. Ralph Bharati brings over 30 years of clinical expertise in psychiatry, addiction treatment, and forensic mental health care to the Wichita community. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of psychiatric excellence.
A proud graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita, Dr. Bharati completed his psychiatric residency with a strong focus on community mental health and substance use recovery. Throughout his career, he has served as Medical Director and consulting psychiatrist for a wide range of respected institutions, including Via Christi Health, the Veterans Administration, The Vet Center, and the Salvation Army.
His diverse clinical experience across hospitals, addiction recovery centers, and social service organizations has shaped a practice grounded in real-world solutions, compassion, and lasting outcomes.
At the core of Dr. Bharati’s approach is a simple philosophy: mental health care should be accessible, evidence-based, and personalized to every individual’s needs and story. Kerobin Lapawon,

Kerobin Lapawon has 16 years of experience as a registered nurse, initially working in the medical-surgical department (Jordan), the emergency unit (Saudi Arabia), home health nursing (Canada), and later finding her passion in mental health within the correctional setting (Maine) in 2019.
Kerobin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Saint Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines, in 2008. She completed her Master’s Degree at Walden University in Minnesota in May 2022 and became board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in July 2022 in Florida. During her clinical training, she gained valuable experience working alongside psychiatrist mentors in the Intensive Mental Health Unit at a State Prison.
Kerobin’s approach to patient care is centered around truly knowing and listening to each patient as she would her own family. She values patients’ health histories, life experiences, circumstances, and concerns, utilizing these to guide individualized treatment planning. Her philosophy is focused on an optimistic, multicultural, evidence-based approach aimed at achieving total remission of symptoms. Kerobin firmly believes that recovery is possible.
She treats patients with dignity and respect, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can openly share their struggles. She incorporates health education about both medical and psychiatric illnesses, empowering patients to have a voice in their treatment. Kerobin offers medication prescribing and management through online telepsychiatry services as well as in-person care at Ralph Bharati M.D., P.A. clinic.
Outside of her professional life, Kerobin enjoys traveling with her family and actively serves God as a member of Couples for Christ, USA. Her passion for mental health stems from her deep love of being part of the healing process, helping individuals find freedom, especially in mental, emotional, and spiritual health. She considers her mission to bring light and hope to those who feel hopeless and is excited to offer new patients the highest level of care.

Amie Jones,

Amie Jones is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in behavioral health. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Amie possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. Her experience ranges from acute and chronic crisis intervention, particularly through her work conducting Behavioral Health Assessments in emergency rooms, where she identified significant gaps between medical and psychiatric care. Recognizing how the mind-body connection is often overlooked, Amie was inspired to pursue her psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner degree to bridge these gaps.
Her training and clinical experience treating patients across the lifespan in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings have sharpened her intuition. She blends evidence-based guidelines, clinical experience, and personal observation to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Amie takes great pride in providing exceptional care to all patients. She is knowledgeable in medication evaluation and management, holding a philosophy that minimal pharmaceutical intervention can yield optimal results. Amie places a strong emphasis on continuous patient and family education to improve overall outcomes. She fully understands the importance of delivering high-quality medical care as well as the profound impact a compassionate provider can have on patients struggling with mental health challenges.

Lorri Rostetter,

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner | Psychiatric Medication Management | Holistic Mental Health Care
Lorri Rostetter is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a compassionate, client-centered approach to mental health care. She treats patients of all ages through medication therapy and supportive care, with a strong commitment to individualized treatment and holistic, evidence-based practices.
Lorri earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University and her Master’s Degree from Post University in Connecticut. She brings over 8 years of experience working in the areas of traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, and mental health.
Her clinical interests include the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Lorri believes in developing personalized care plans that incorporate the client’s voice, family involvement, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Clients can expect their initial visit to include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, clear treatment goals, education about diagnosis and options, and the support of a warm and welcoming staff ready to assist with scheduling, insurance, and billing questions.

Kay Cartee,

Marriage & Family Therapist | Licensed Addiction Counselor | Christian Counselor
Kay Cartee brings 28 years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals and families across a wide range of mental health and substance use issues. She earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, and has 20 years of experience as a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC), first practicing in the State of Wyoming and later in Kansas. She also holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Christian Counseling from Texas.
Kay’s career spans multiple treatment settings and populations, offering deep experience in addressing trauma, abuse recovery, addiction, and family dynamics. She has provided assessments and therapeutic services within the Department of Corrections, focusing on addiction and sex-offender treatment, and has worked extensively with individuals who have experienced sexual and physical abuse.
Her work in community counseling agencies has included crisis intervention and trauma treatment, supporting individuals and families during their most vulnerable times. Kay is passionate about empowering clients through evidence-based treatment and spiritual care when requested.
She primarily works with clients aged 18 to 90, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as her foundational approach. With a strong background in trauma, addiction, and family systems, Kay offers compassionate, results-focused care rooted in respect and trust.

Dr. Katina Parker,

Clinical Psychologist | Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor
Dr. Katina Parker earned her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and is certified in Integrated Health Care: Practice, Consultation, and Management. She holds two Master’s Degrees with focuses in Clinical Psychology, Community Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), Licensed Master Level Psychologist (LMLP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS).
With 25 years of experience, Dr. Parker has worked extensively with individuals and families, promoting open communication, healthy boundaries, and substance-free environments. Her background includes working in the Department of Corrections providing psychological testing, neurological assessments, LSI-R assessments, and substance use treatment; private psychiatric hospitals for children aged 5 to 17, providing trauma-informed care, psychological testing, and learning disability evaluations; and state hospitals where she prepared inmates for community reintegration, provided sex-offender treatment focusing on self-regulation deficits, criminal thinking patterns, and impulse control.
Dr. Parker has also worked in community mental health offering individual counseling, family therapy, and crisis mobile response services, and in child welfare and foster care, providing in-home therapy, school-based therapy, and family preservation services. She has experience with residential and outpatient substance use programs as well.
She treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma, and substance use disorders.
Katina employs a variety of client-centered skills including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Family Systems Approach, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Contingency Management, Relapse Prevention, and Smoking Cessation Techniques. Dr. Derek Parker,

Dr. Derek Parker has been in the field of psychology for over 16 years and has helped individuals with varying degrees of psychological disorders. He sees individuals from the age of 18 to 95+ for a wide range of disorders, including Schizophrenia and its spectrum, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Conversion Disorder, Clinical Depression, Post-CVA Depression, OCD/Harm OCD, PTSD, Tourette Syndrome/Tics Disorder (using HRT and CBIT behavioral therapies), ADHD, and Neuropsychological Behavioral Disorders.
He offers Neurobehavioral Therapy (NBT), focusing on the connection between the brain and behavior, often used for individuals with neurological conditions or behavioral disorders such as traumatic brain injury, functional seizures, and epilepsy. NBT aims to help individuals manage symptoms, improve cognitive function, and enhance quality of life.
Dr. Parker also treats neurodegenerative disorders that cause behavioral changes related to Traumatic Brain Injury, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, age-related changes, chronic illnesses, social isolation and loneliness, loss and grief, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS), an autoimmune disease that can affect the brain and spinal cord leading to various neurological and neuropsychiatric symptoms, including cognitive dysfunction and mood disorders.
Additionally, he provides psychological evaluation and testing, Competency to Stand Trial Evaluations, Brain Mapping, and treatment for Substance Abuse Disorders. Having served in the Armed Forces himself, Dr. Parker offers specialized psychological counseling and therapy available for veterans and their families who experience disorders arising from combat exposure, deployments, physical injuries, and the challenges of transitioning back into civilian life.
